MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

. Mental Health First Aid Workshop is skills-based, practice-oriented training for adults.

Date: Friday September 22 Saturday, September 23

Dinner at 6:00,   Session 1: 7:00-9:30 pm

Breakfast 8:00   Session 2: 9:00-noon

Lunch               Session 3: 1:00-4:30 pm

Location: Celestial Hills Retreat Center, 321 Cardinal Ave., Troy, NC 27371

Robert Nelson, LPC will lead a Mental Health First Aid Workshop.  Robert is the Director for the Counseling Department at Montgomery Community College and has received instructor training for leading Mental Health First Aid workshops.

Cost for attending the workshop is $75 for commuters, which includes materials and meals (dinner, breakfast & lunch) and $125 for overnight guests (Limit 15).  The workshop will be limited to the first 35 who register. Register with Wendy Jarman at the Montgomery Baptist Association by August 29 for a $10/participant early bird discount.:
